So many artists ache. Their gift is to articulate the pain and it provides a place for the rest of us to find refuge or inspiration when we are lost in difficulties. Art allows us to see that we are not alone.
I always loved Michael Jackson. Something in his voice captured me. I trusted him and I, like so many others, knew his heart wanted more for this world and its people.
I don't know who he was as an individual, or how his pain manifested in his life beyond his music. I only know that his entire career produced music that held me up when I couldn't hold myself up. His vision for humanity and kindness and community and responsibility vibes with me to this day. Enjoy.

LGBTQ: At this unique time, when we cannot gather in person, imagine a place to connect, to be heard; a new kind of safe space. Imagine joining with us in a virtual space to foster community. A place both to be heard and to listen to the experience of others - a space that inspires insight and growth. No debate, no attempt to reach consensus. A place where we can calmly listen and see each other more deeply and beautifully.
