JUST SAY IT: There are things we don't talk about in certain company. I propose that we need to talk about things that make us uncomfortable. We must expose ourselves to others, and engage with compassion, open mind and open heart. We have one planet, and many realities - we grow through conflict, but we needn't abuse each other. Can we learn to say what we need to say without creating unnecessary harm to others? I believe we can. First, we must learn to listen. We're in this together.
